Job summary

Yihai Malaysia Food Sdn. Bhd. is seeking a hands-on Logistics & Warehouse Executive to coordinate local deliveries, imports and exports, and oversee daily warehouse operations as the warehouse PIC.

The role ensures inventory accuracy, timely deliveries, proper documentation and safe warehouse practices. The successful candidate will manage transportation, liaise with suppliers and transporters, and drive improvements in efficiency and space utilisation while maintaining compliance with safety

Qualifications

• Diploma or above in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• Preferably with practical logistics/warehouse experience.
• Familiarity with inventory systems and Excel.
• Strong coordination, communication and problem-solving skills.
• Able to work independently as Warehouse PIC.

Basic Salary: RM4,000–RM5,000 per month
Monthly Allowances: RM500 Transportation + RM100 Communication
Additional Incentives: Piece-Rate Incentive and Performance Bonus

Monday–Friday: 9:00 AM–6:00 PM

Saturday: 9:00 AM–1:00 PM

Job Summary

We are looking for a hands-on Logistics & Warehouse Executive to coordinate local deliveries, imports and exports, and oversee daily warehouse operations as the warehouse person-in-charge (PIC). This role is responsible for inventory accuracy, timely deliveries, proper documentation, and safe and efficient warehouse operations.

Key Responsibilities

Logistics & Transportation

Review local sales orders, arrange transportation, track deliveries, and communicate shipment status and goods arrival to relevant parties.

Coordinate parcel and express delivery arrangements, including checking delivery requirements and tracking shipments.

Coordinate import shipments against purchase orders, prepare and verify shipping documents, monitor shipment progress, and maintain proper filing.

Coordinate export shipments and prepare the required documentation, including health certificates, certificates of origin, invoices, and packing lists.

Liaise with suppliers, transporters, freight forwarders, courier companies, and internal departments to resolve shipment and delivery issues.

Prepare import and export shipment analyses, monitor logistics costs, and compile supporting documents for logistics service payments.

Warehouse & Inventory Management

Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch, and assist with physical handling activities when required.

Ensure all incoming and outgoing goods are checked against supporting documents and accurately recorded in the inventory and logistics systems.

Monitor stock levels, coordinate timely replenishment, and conduct regular stock counts to investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies.

Maintain accurate item records and prepare reports on inventory movements, warehouse operations, and operating costs.

Maintain a clean, organised, and safe warehouse, and coordinate the maintenance and repair of warehouse equipment and tools.

Implement inventory controls, cost‑saving measures, and process improvements to improve warehouse efficiency and space utilisation.

Ensure warehouse activities comply with company procedures and applicable safety, labour, and environmental requirements.

Perform other related duties as assigned by the superior.

Requirements

Diploma or above in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field. Candidates with relevant practical experience are also encouraged to apply.

Preferably at least 2 years of relevant experience in logistics and warehouse operations.

Experience coordinating import and export shipments and preparing shipping documentation.

Familiarity with inventory systems, warehouse procedures, and Microsoft Excel.

Strong coordination, communication, and problem‑solving skills.

Detail‑oriented, organised, and able to manage multiple tasks and delivery deadlines.

Able to work independently and take ownership of daily warehouse operations as the warehouse PIC.

Willing to assist with hands‑on warehouse activities when required.

Remuneration & Incentives

Monthly basic salary: RM4,000–RM5,000

Monthly transportation allowance: RM500

Monthly communication allowance: RM100

Total fixed monthly remuneration: RM4,600–RM5,600

KPI bonus

Incentives and bonuses are subject to the applicable company scheme and assessment criteria.
