Job summary

RIMEDYNE MALAYSIA SDN. BHD. in Malaysia is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to manage daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, and finished goods handling.

You will ensure proper labeling, recording, and storage of materials and products while supporting production line material supply. The role requires a Diploma in SCM or related field and 1–2 years of warehouse management experience in a manufacturing environment, with knowledge of FIFO, 6S, and SQL for inventory management.

Qualifications

• Diploma or higher in SCM, Logistics, or related field.
• 1–2 years warehouse management experience in manufacturing.
• Knowledge of FIFO, stock management, and 6S practices.
• Experience with receiving, issuing, storage, and inventory control.
• Proficiency in SQL for inventory management.
• Good communication and cross-functional coordination.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, issuing, and finished goods handling.
• Ensure accurate labeling, recording, and storage of materials and products.
• Support production line material supply and timely material delivery.
• Monitor stock levels to prevent shortages, excess, or obsolescence.
• Maintain 6S standards for a clean, safe, and organized workplace.
• Coordinate with Production, Purchasing, and Quality teams.

Job description

· Manage daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, material issuing, and finished goods handling.

· Ensure all materials and products are properly checked, recorded, labeled, and stored.

· Support production line material supply and ensure accurate material delivery.

· Monitor stock levels and prevent material shortages, excess inventory, and obsolete materials.

· Maintain warehouse 6S standards for a clean, organized, and safe workplace.

Requirements

· Diploma or above in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Warehouse Management, Business Administration, or related fields.

· Minimum 1-2 years of warehouse management experience in a manufacturing environment.

· Knowledge of FIFO, stock management, and familiar with 6S warehouse management practices.

· Experienced in warehouse receiving, issuing, storage, and inventory control processes.

· Knowledge of SQL system operation for inventory management.

· Good understanding of warehouse procedures and material flow.

· Good communication and coordination skills with Production, Purchasing, and Quality teams.

· Responsible, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.

· Able to manage daily warehouse activities and solve operational issues.

5-day work week (8:30am-5:30pm)
