Job summary

Ocean Pacific is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor for our Johor Bahru District facility. The role involves leading warehouse staff, coordinating receiving, storage, picking, packing and shipping, and ensuring safety, accuracy and productivity across daily operations.

You will monitor inventory, optimise layout, implement quality controls, and collaborate with other departments to ensure timely orders. The ideal candidate has 3–5 years in warehousing with supervisory experience and strong WMS

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in warehouse operations with at least 2 years in a supervisory or leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of warehouse management systems and inventory control procedures.
• Proven ability to manage and motivate warehouse teams effectively.
• Excellent organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise multiple tasks.
• Sound understanding of health and safety regulations relevant to warehouse operations.

About the role

Ocean Pacific is seeking an experienced Warehouse Supervisor to join our dynamic warehousing and distribution operations. This is a full-time position based in Johor Bahru District, Johor. As Warehouse Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our warehouse facility. You will oversee daily warehouse activities, manage teams, and ensure that all operations meet our high standards for safety, accuracy, and productivity. This role is essential to maintaining the flow of goods through our distribution network and directly impacts our ability to serve our customers effectively.

What we're looking for

• 3-5 years of experience in warehouse operations, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or leadership role
• Strong knowledge of warehouse management systems and inventory control procedures
• Proven ability to manage and motivate warehouse teams effectively
• Excellent organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise multiple tasks
• Sound understanding of health and safety regulations relevant to warehouse operations
• Proficiency in using warehouse management software and Microsoft Office applications
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Physical capability to perform warehouse duties and work in a fast-paced environment
• Problem-solving ability and attention to detail
• Forklift certification or willingness to obtain certification is advantageous
• Relevant qualifications in logistics, supply chain management or warehouse operations are preferred
