Job summary

Ocean Pacific is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor for our Johor Bahru District facility. The role involves leading warehouse staff, coordinating receiving, storage, picking, packing and shipping, and ensuring safety, accuracy and productivity across daily operations.

You will monitor inventory, optimise layout, implement quality controls, and collaborate with other departments to ensure timely orders. The ideal candidate has 3–5 years in warehousing with supervisory experience and strong WMS

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in warehouse operations with at least 2 years in a supervisory or leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of warehouse management systems and inventory control procedures.
• Proven ability to manage and motivate warehouse teams effectively.
• Excellent organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise multiple tasks.
• Sound understanding of health and safety regulations relevant to warehouse operations.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage warehouse staff, including hiring, training, scheduling and performance evaluation.
• Oversee receiving, storage, picking, packing and shipping operations to ensure efficiency and accuracy.
• Maintain warehouse safety standards and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Monitor inventory levels and conduct regular stock checks to maintain accurate records.
• Optimise warehouse layout and storage procedures to maximise space utilisation and operational efficiency.
• Implement and maintain quality control procedures to minimise errors and product damage.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely processing of orders and shipments.
• Manage warehouse equipment maintenance and report any issues promptly.
• Prepare reports on warehouse operations, productivity metrics and key performance indicators.
• Address and resolve operational issues and staff concerns in a professional manner.
