in Penang seeks a Warehouse Operator Specialist - Inventory Coordinator to prepare and generate daily and weekly inventory reports and ensure accurate stock data across warehouse operations. You will disseminate updates from customers, suppliers and vendors to warehouse teams, contact them by email or phone, and coordinate urgent pulls with operations to ensure on-time delivery.

Qualifications

• Diploma with 2 years’ experience in Logistics and warehousing.
• SPM qualification with more than 5 years’ experience in logistics and warehousing.

Responsibilities

• Prepare daily and weekly inventory reports and ensure accuracy of stock records.
• Disseminate updates from Customer, Supplier and Vendor to warehouse operations timely and accurately.
• Email and follow up by phone to update Customer, Supplier and Vendor on hub operation developments.
• Coordinate with Customer on urgent/exception pulls and work with operations to deliver goods on time.
• Review/troubleshoot audit trail reports for inventory discrepancies.
• Monitor and maintain accurate inventory records in the system.
• Track inbound and outbound inventory movements.
• Coordinate with warehouse, inbound, and outbound teams on stock handling.
• Prepare inventory reports and support audits.

Education

Diploma with 2 years’ experience in Logistics and warehousing

SPM qualification with more than 5 years’ experience in logistics and warehousing

Warehouse Operator Specialist - Inventory Coordinator

To prepare and generate daily and weekly inventory reports to customer.

To disseminate updated information from Customer, Supplier and Vendor to warehouse operations timely and accurately.

To email and follow up phone call to update Customer, Supplier and Vendor on the latest development regarding hub operation related issues.

To coordinate with Customer on the Urgent/Exception pull and work with operation team to deliver the goods on timely.

To review/trouble shoot the audit trail report for any inventory discrepancies.

To monitor and maintain accurate inventory records in the system.

Track inbound and outbound inventory movements.

Coordinate with warehouse, inbound, and outbound teams on stock handling.

Prepare inventory reports and support audits.

QUALITIFICATIONS

Diploma with 2 years’ experience in Logistics and warehousing.

Minimum SPM qualification with more than 5 years’ experience in logistics and warehousing.
