Job summary

Businesslist is seeking a Warehouse Coordinator in Selangor, Malaysia. The role focuses on processing POs, managing returns, and coordinating inbound/outbound container activities to ensure accuracy and timely updates to HQ.

You will supervise packing and loading, manage inventory transfers for B2B/B2C, and uphold FIFO to maintain stock integrity and avoid expiry issues.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year experience in warehouse/logistics.
• Selangor, Malaysia location.
• Experience with warehouse processes and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Process and manage customer Purchase Orders, ensuring product accuracy, valid expiry dates, and complete supporting documentation.
• Manage returned goods by conducting inspections, preparing reports, and arranging proper storage for defective or expired products.
• Coordinate inbound and outbound container activities by updating the warehouse team, monitoring warehouse capacity, and submitting QC reports to headquarters.
• Supervise export packing and loading activities to ensure products are packed, labelled, and shipped according to customer and company requirements.
• Coordinate inventory transfers for both B2B and B2C operations, ensuring stock accuracy and timely system updates to headquarters.
• Monitor inventory aging and ensure the First In, First Out (FIFO) principle is consistently practiced.
