DSV Global Transport and Logistics – Pasir Gudang, Johor is seeking a Warehouse Operator Specialist (Data Entry) to accurately enter and update inventory and related movements in the warehouse management system. The role requires handling inbound/outbound shipments, maintaining data quality, and generating inventory reports.

The ideal candidate has 1-2 years of experience in data entry or warehouse administration, and proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel/Word/PowerPoint).

Qualifications

• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in data entry, warehouse administration, logistics, or inventory management.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Word and Powerpoint.
• May be required to work shifts, weekends, or overtime based on operational needs.
