Job summary

BrightPath Soluitions is seeking a Warehouse Coordinator to manage daily warehouse operations, control inventory, and move materials to production efficiently. The role requires a Diploma/Degree in a related field and at least 2 years of experience in warehouse or logistics, preferably in manufacturing.

Proficiency in ERP systems and MS Excel is expected, with Mandarin a plus. The position emphasizes accuracy, safety, and housekeeping under 5S standards.

Qualifications

• Diploma/degree in Warehouse Management or related field.
• Min 2 years of experience in warehouse/logistics.
• Experience in manufacturing environment preferred.
• Knowledge of inventory control, material handling, and warehouse processes.
• Familiar with ERP inventory systems and Microsoft Office.
• Mandarin communication skill is an added advantage.
• Good organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Responsible, proactive, and able to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily warehouse operations including receiving, storing, issuing, picking, packing and dispatching materials.
• Ensure materials are properly stored, labeled, arranged, and handled according to company procedures.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure physical stock matches system records.
• Monitor stock levels and coordinate with Production, Purchasing, QC, and other departments for material requirements.
• Verify incoming materials against purchase orders, delivery orders, and related documents.
• Coordinate material issuance to production and ensure proper documentation.
• Conduct regular stock checking, cycle count, and stock take activities.
• Prepare warehouse reports and update inventory records in ERP/system.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness, housekeeping, and 5S standards.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety requirements, and warehouse procedures.
