Job summary

Talent Recruit is seeking a Warehouse Manager (Manufacturing) in Banting, Selangor to develop and oversee warehouse operations, storage solutions, and inventory control. You will coordinate inbound/outbound shipments, optimize logistics, and ensure accurate documentation.

The role requires a Bachelor degree in Logistics & Warehouse, 5+ years of relevant experience, and proficiency in English, Malay, and Mandarin.

Qualifications

Bachelor degree in Logistics & Warehouse or relevant field.
Minimum of 5 years experience in a similar role.
Solid understanding of warehousing/logistics and inventory management systems.
Proficiency in English, Malay, and Mandarin due to business requirements.
Must be able to work in Banting.

Responsibilities

Develop warehouse operations systems including handling, storage, equipment utilization, inventory, gate processes, and shipping.
Oversee receiving, warehousing, and rental warehousing including Re-Packing and Repair Operation.
Develop and implement procedures for inventory control and warehouse layout.
Control inventory by physical counts and reconciliation with system.
Maintain documentation and records of warehouse activities.
Implement best practices for inventory management (cycle counting, stock rotation, FIFO/LIFO).
Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments, driver and vehicle arrangement, scheduling, carrier selection, and transportation logistics.
Ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment while minimizing shipping costs and transit time.
Collaborate with transportation providers to optimize delivery routes and freight operations.
Ensure proper documentation and photos during loading and unloading.
