Job summary

JD.com Inc. Malaysia is seeking a Warehouse Operation (JDV) entrant for the JD Vanguard Graduate Program.

You will manage daily warehouse tasks, learn the Warehouse Management System (WMS), and gain exposure to inbound and outbound operations within a fast-paced, quality-driven logistics network. You will assist in inventory counting, data integrity, and cross-functional teamwork with local and global colleagues.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in logistics, supply chain or quality management.
• Strong understanding of quality management systems and warehouse safety rules.
• Attention to detail to identify defects and discrepancies.
• Analytical skills to interpret data and trends.
• Effective communication and teamwork with cross-functional teams.
• Willingness to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Responsibilities

• Handle daily warehouse operations: inbound, putaway, picking, packing, outbound shipping.
• Assist inventory counts and maintain stock records with system data accuracy.
• Operate the Warehouse Management System (WMS) and maintain records.
• Support on-site supervision and resolve order issues or discrepancies.
• Maintain 5S standards for a safe, clean workspace.
• Perform additional tasks as directed by supervisors.
