is expanding its presence in Malaysia's dynamic supply chain sector, seeking a capable professional to lead end-to-end logistics, procurement, and inventory management across Southeast Asian markets. The role requires solid experience in ERP systems, advanced Excel, and strong English communication, with opportunities to optimize cost, improve process efficiency, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Logistics Management, Supply Chain Management, International Trade, or a related field.
• 3+ years in supply chain, procurement, or inventory management, with experience in Southeast Asian markets preferred.
• Strong knowledge of end-to-end procurement, international logistics, and warehouse management.
• Proficient in ERP systems and advanced Excel, with strong data analysis skills.
• Strong command of English, with excellent business negotiation and cross-functional communication skills.
• Willingness to travel internationally frequently and work on-site in different locations when required.

Responsabilités

• Order & Delivery Management: Manage the full lifecycle of sales orders, from order entry and production scheduling to shipment and final delivery.
• Inventory & Warehouse Management: Manage inventory across different markets, establish appropriate safety stock levels, and monitor turnover.
• Procurement & Supplier Management: Support sourcing and procurement of key materials, supplier evaluation, negotiations, and contract review.
• Logistics & Import/Export Compliance: Plan logistics and ensure import/export compliance with customs regulations and tariffs.
• Data Analysis & Supply Chain Improvement: Prepare regular performance reports and identify bottlenecks to drive improvements.
