Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in logistics, supply chain management, quality management, or related field.
• Understanding of quality management systems (e.g., ISO standards) and warehouse safety regulations.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to identify defects, discrepancies, or non-conformities in products and processes.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret quality data, identify trends, and recommend corrective actions.
• Effective communication and teamwork abilities, with the capacity to collaborate with warehouse teams, suppliers, and cross-functional departments.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and adapt to changing operational needs.
• Chinese and English language skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Be responsible for the daily warehouse operations, including inbound receiving, putaway, picking, packing, and outbound shipping to ensure smooth warehouse workflow.
• Assist in inventory counting and stock record maintenance, ensuring consistency between system data and physical inventory, and report discrepancies promptly.
• Assist in operating the Warehouse Management System (WMS), including data entry, order processing, and maintaining inbound and outbound records to ensure data accuracy.
• Support warehouse supervisors with on-site coordination and follow up on operational issues such as order exceptions, inventory discrepancies, or damaged goods.
• Assist in maintaining warehouse 5S standards to ensure a clean, organized, and safe working environment.
• Perform other tasks assigned by the supervisor based on operational needs.
