Job summary

BACTIGUARD (SOUTH EAST ASIA) Sdn. Bhd. in Malaysia is seeking a Logistics Centre Manager to lead end-to-end distribution centre operations, including inbound, receiving, put-away, storage, picking and outbound dispatch.

You will develop manpower plans, monitor KPIs, optimize layout and implement 5S/Kaizen, while coordinating with cross-functional teams and external service providers to ensure accurate orders and cost-efficient service.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain management, business administration or related field.
• Minimum 5-7 years of warehouse/logistics experience.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in using software and tools.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end distribution centre operations.
• Develop manpower plans and schedules.
• Ensure orders are processed accurately and dispatched on time.
• Maintain inventory accuracy via cycle counts and reconciliations.
• Manage ERP transactions and reflect stock accurately.
• Monitor DC performance against KPIs.
• Optimize warehouse layout and material flow.
• Lead 3PL and external service providers where applicable.
• Prepare management reports on inventory, service levels, labour and cost.
