Job summary

Bunge in Pasir Gudang, Johor, Malaysia is seeking an experienced Warehouse Operation Manager to lead safe, efficient and cost-effective receipt, storage and dispatch of goods. You will drive inventory accuracy, optimize space and resources, and ensure compliance with quality and food-safety standards.

The role focuses on implementing and stabilizing automated systems (ASRS, AGV, WMS), integrating SAP, and building a capable warehouse team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management or related field.
• Professional certification in supply chain, Lean/Six Sigma, or safety is an advantage.
• Minimum 8 years of relevant warehouse/logistics or manufacturing operations experience.
• At least 3–5 years in warehouse managerial or senior leadership role.
• Experience with SAP and/or WMS is required or strongly preferred.
• Experience with ASRS/AGV automation is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage day-to-day warehouse operations including receiving, put-away, storage, replenishment, picking, staging and dispatch.
• Ensure operations meet plans, production requirements and customer delivery expectations.
• Optimize capacity, space utilization, manpower, equipment and workflow to meet targets.
• Establish and monitor KPIs such as productivity, inventory accuracy and service performance.
• Oversee warehouse automation systems and integration with SAP/WMS.
• Develop and coach warehouse team with succession planning.
