Job summary

Bunge Iberica SA in Pasir Gudang, Johor, Malaysia, seeks a Warehouse Operation Manager to lead end-to-end warehouse operations, drive safety and compliance, and manage automation systems (ASRS, AGV, WMS, SAP integration). You will optimize inventory accuracy, space and resources, and coach a capable team while delivering KPIs and cost targets.

Collaborate with IT, Production, Quality and Logistics to ensure seamless operations, continuous improvement and safety culture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management or related field.
• Professional certification in Supply Chain, Lean/Six Sigma or related fields is an added advantage.
• Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in warehouse, logistics, supply chain or manufacturing operations.
• At least 3–5 years in a warehouse managerial or senior leadership position.
• Experience in manufacturing, FMCG, food ingredients, edible oils or chemical environments preferred.
• Hands-on SAP and/or WMS experience required or strongly preferred.
• Experience with ASRS, AGV or other warehouse automation is a plus.
• Proven ability in inventory management, KPI management, cost control and continuous improvement.
• Experience working cross-functionally with Production, Transportation/Logistics, Quality, IT and external providers.
• Demonstrated ability to lead operational change and develop teams.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day warehouse operations including receiving, put-away, storage, replenishment, picking and dispatch.
• Ensure operations meet plans, production requirements and customer delivery expectations.
• Optimize capacity, storage utilization, manpower, equipment and workflow for productivity and cost targets.
• Establish and monitor KPIs including productivity, inventory accuracy and service performance.
• Lead automation projects and ensure integration between WMS, SAP and physical movements.
• Coach and develop warehouse supervisors, executives and operators to build a capable team.
