Job summary

Bunge in Pasir Gudang, Malaysia, is seeking a Warehouse Operation Manager to lead all warehouse activities, drive efficiency, and ensure safety, quality and timely deliveries. The role requires strong leadership, hands-on SAP/WMS experience and track record in improving warehouse performance.

You will oversee receiving, storage, order fulfilment, and dispatch while managing automation systems and cross-functional collaboration with IT, Production, and Logistics teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Warehouse Management, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering or related field.
• Professional certification in Supply Chain, Logistics, Lean/Six Sigma, Project Management, Safety or related fields is a plus.
• Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in warehouse, logistics, supply chain or manufacturing operations.
• 3–5 years in a warehouse managerial or senior leadership role, preferably with a sizeable workforce.
• Experience in manufacturing/ FMCG/ food ingredients/ edible oils/ chemical environments preferred.
• Hands-on experience with SAP and/or WMS required or preferred.
• Experience with ASRS/AGV or warehouse automation systems is a strong advantage.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage improvement projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day warehouse operations including receiving, put-away, storage, replenishment, picking, staging and dispatch.
• Ensure operations meet plans, production requirements and customer delivery expectations.
• Optimize capacity, space, manpower, equipment and workflow to meet productivity and cost targets.
• Establish and monitor KPIs for productivity, inventory accuracy, stock availability and service.
• Lead automation initiatives and ensure integration between WMS, SAP and warehouse movements.
