Job summary

• Experience overseeing receiving, warehousing and distribution operations.
• Ability to maintain accurate inventory and run routine stock analyses.
• Strong communication with production, planning and buyers.
• Familiarity with FIFO, cycle counting and import/export compliance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee receiving, warehousing, pick-pack-ship, and distribution of inventory.
• Maintain inventory accuracy with transactions and regular communication.
• Ensure FIFO, cycle counting, and timely inventory updates.
• Monitor inbound and outbound shipments and stock turnover.
• Collaborate with production, planning, procurement and logistics teams.
• Escalate issues and drive continuous improvement in operations.
• Ensure compliance with government import/export policies where applicable.
