Job summary

Shopee Mobile Malaysia Sdn Bhd is seeking a Warehouse Operations Coordinator to oversee daily Sorting Centre activities at our Ipoh site. You will manage receiving, sorting and outbound processes, coordinate staffing and workflows, and monitor KPIs to ensure timely performance.

Collaboration across departments is essential to meet SLAs and drive continuous improvement. The role requires leadership, experience in warehouse operations, and familiarity with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).

Qualifications

• Strong leadership to promote collaboration across departments and stakeholders.
• Scheduling, staffing, workflow management and monitoring of KPIs.
• Willingness to engage in daily data reporting and process improvements.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for daily Sorting Centre operations: receiving, sorting, outbound activities.
• Involved in scheduling, staffing, workflow management, and monitoring key metrics.
• Coordinate with manpower provider and internal teams to meet SLAs.
• Ensure operations meet SLAs through management and coaching as needed.
• Provide daily data reports and identify process improvements to reduce bottlenecks.
