Job summary

Shopee Klang быстро expansion needs are seeking a Senior Warehouse Executive to coordinate inbound, outbound and inventory controls in a high-volume distribution center. Lead processes, ensure accuracy, safety, and timely receiving, picking, packing, and dispatch.

Role demands 3+ years warehousing experience, strong leadership, and bilingual communication in Bahasa Malaysia and English. Location is Bukit Raja, Klang with rotational shifts.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years in supervising high-volume warehousing operations.
• Fluent in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
• Proficient in Google Sheets and Microsoft Excel.
• Strong leadership and cross-department collaboration.
• Manpower planning for kampaign days.

Responsibilities

• Inbound: oversee receiving, verify quantities, organize put-away, dock scheduling, resolve discrepancies, maintain area cleanliness.
• Outbound: manage picking/packing, ensure accuracy, coordinate with carriers, manage shipping docs, address delivery exceptions.
• Inventory Management: lead cycle counts, resolve variances, enforce FIFO/FEFO, optimize stock locations, use WMS/ERP for real-time tracking.
