Job summary

Pacific International Lines (PIL) is seeking an Operations Executive for PIL Logistics, Malaysia, based in Johor Bahru. You will oversee daily warehouse operations, optimize space and manpower, supervise staff, and maintain safety and housekeeping standards.

The role requires a Diploma/Degree in Logistics or Supply Chain and at least 3 years of relevant experience. Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with Free Trade Zones is preferred.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Logistics/Supply Chain or related field.
• At least 3 years of relevant warehouse/logistics experience.
• Proficient in MS Office.
• Experience in Free Trade / Commercial Zone is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as main liaison to monitor contractor compliance and drive operations improvements.
• Ensure safe working environment and enforce safety policy.
• Oversee warehouse activities and overall operations.
• Manage KPIs and monitor team performance.
• Maintain organized storage and inventory control, including cycle counting.
• Prepare periodic reports for stakeholders and drive continuous improvement.
