Job summary

PIL Shipping Malaysia Sdn Bhd is seeking a Warehouse Assistant in Johor to receive, inspect, and store shipments, pick and pack orders, and efficiently load and unload goods for transportation.

The role requires secondary education with 1–3 years of relevant experience. A forklift license is preferred, and the candidate should be able to operate RF scanners and forklifts, contributing to accurate inventory and smooth warehouse operations in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Secondary school education is required.
• 1–3 years of relevant warehouse experience.
• Forklift license is preferred.
• Able to operate RF scanner.
• Able to operate forklifts, pallet jacks; reach truck preferred.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Physically fit and detail-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Receive and inspect incoming shipments.
• Store received goods safely in the warehouse.
• Pick and pack outgoing orders per customer requirements.
• Load and unload trucks/containers efficiently.
• Perform periodic inventory cycle counts.
• Document all inbound/outbound transactions accurately.
• Operate warehouse equipment as needed (RF scanner, forklifts, pallet jacks, reach truck, VNA).
• Maintain a clean, safe working environment.
• Share knowledge with teammates and assist in training new hires.
