Job summary

Pivotal System (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd in Kedah invites a capable Warehouse Supervisor to join our Kulim site. You will plan and implement strategies to maximize space, maintain inventory accuracy, and streamline distribution.

You will lead the warehouse team, track performance metrics, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth operations. Strong communication in Bahasa Malaysia and English, with Mandarin, is valued to liaise with our diverse client base.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in any related discipline.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in warehouse related field.
• Understanding of warehouse management systems, inventory control, and distribution logistics
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Microsoft Excel, Warehouse system, and PowerPoint
• Good communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia and English, Mandarin to effectively communicate with our diverse client base and stakeholders.
• Able to work independently, meet deadlines, and manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Plan and implement warehouse management strategies to maximize space efficiency, maintain inventory accuracy, and streamline distribution processes.
• Track and evaluate warehouse performance metrics to identify opportunities for operational improvement.
• Participate in daily stock operations, including receiving goods from suppliers, entering invoice data into the inventory system, managing inter-branch transfers, and maintaining warehousing documents.
• Lead and manage the warehouse team, including training and supervising staff.
• Maintain precise records and documentation for all inventory activities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless warehouse operations.
• Perform additional tasks as assigned by supervisors or management.
• Other adhoc task/project as assigned by superior from time to time.
