Job summary

Kopitiam Asia Pacific Sdn Bhd is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor for our Subang Jaya facility. The role involves arranging, coordinating and prioritizing daily warehouse activities, including receiving, storage, order picking, packing and shipping to meet deadlines.

You will lead a team, optimize space and ensure accurate inventory through regular cycle counts and audits. Candidates should have a Diploma in Electromechanical/Mechanical Engineering or equivalent, at least 3 years of

Qualifications

• Diploma or certificate in Electromechanical/Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years' warehouse/inventory management experience, preferably in food industry.
• Strong leadership, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good written and verbal communication in English and Bahasa Malaysia.

Responsibilities

• Arrange, coordinate and prioritize daily warehouse activities: receiving, storage, picking, packing, shipping.
• Supervise and lead warehouse staff, provide guidance and coaching.
• Optimize space usage and shelving for easy access and organized storage.
• Maintain accurate inventory through cycle counts, reconciliations and audits.
• Train staff on safe handling practices and ensure OH&S compliance.
• Identify process improvements to boost efficiency and customer satisfaction.
• Perform additional tasks as assigned by supervisor.
