Job summary

Pivotal Systems Malaysia is seeking an experienced Warehouse Supervisor to manage and optimize warehousing operations in Kedah. You will implement strategies to maximize space, ensure inventory accuracy, and streamline distribution processes.

Responsibilities include leading a warehouse team, tracking performance metrics, handling inbound/outbound goods, maintaining records, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth operations.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in related discipline.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in warehouse related field.
• Understanding of warehouse management systems, inventory control, and distribution logistics.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Microsoft Excel, Warehouse system, and PowerPoint.
• Strong sense of team cooperation.
• Good communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia and English, Mandarin to effectively communicate with our diverse client base and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Plan and implement warehouse management strategies to maximize space efficiency, maintain inventory accuracy, and streamline distribution processes.
• Track and evaluate warehouse performance metrics to identify opportunities for operational improvement.
• Participate in daily stock operations, including receiving goods from suppliers, entering invoice data into the inventory system, managing inter-branch transfers, and maintaining warehousing documents.
• Lead and manage the warehouse team, including training and supervising staff.
• Maintain precise records and documentation for all inventory activities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless warehouse operations.
• Perform additional tasks as assigned by supervisors or management.
• Other adhoc task/project as assigned by superior from time to time.
