Job summary

Aurightec seeks an experienced logistics professional to oversee warehouse operations at the Kulim, Kedah facility. You will manage receiving, storage, inventory control, and material movements, ensuring timely deliveries and compliance with regulatory requirements.

You will coordinate import/export activities, production material issuance, and cross-functional collaboration with planning and purchasing to meet production schedules. Fluency in English and Mandarin is preferred.

Qualifications

• Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field.
• Minimum 4 years in logistics, warehouse, supply chain, or manufacturing operations with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
• Experience in EMS (Electronics Manufacturing Services) industry preferred.
• Practical knowledge of import/export, Malaysian Customs, and Licensed Manufacturing Warehouse (LMW) compliance is an advantage.
• Experience in warehouse operations, inventory control, production kitting, and international logistics.
• Strong knowledge of ERP, WMS, MES or similar systems.
• Proficiency in English and Mandarin are desirable for communication with Mandarin-speaking clients.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, inventory control, picking, packing, shipping, and material movements.
• Coordinate import/export, local deliveries, and international shipments with timely customs clearance and accurate documentation.
• Ensure inventory accuracy through cycle counts, stock reconciliation, FIFO/FEFO, and proper material traceability.
• Coordinate with Production Planning, Purchasing, and Production teams to ensure timely material issuance and kitting.
• Monitor shortages, discrepancies, and delays while implementing corrective actions to minimize disruptions.
• Ensure compliance with Malaysian Customs and LMw requirements, including documentation and audit readiness.
• Monitor warehouse KPIs, freight costs, inventory performance, and identify continuous improvement opportunities.
• Lead and develop warehouse and logistics personnel through planning, coaching, and performance management.
• Ensure safety, quality, regulatory compliance, and proper housekeeping in warehouse operations.
• Collaborate with suppliers, freight forwarders, and customers to support smooth logistics and customer satisfaction.

Will be responsible for overseeing warehouse operations, logistics activities, inventory control, production material supply, and import/export coordination to ensure efficient and compliant operations. This position plays a key role in supporting production continuity, inventory accuracy, and on-time customer deliveries at our Kulim, Kedah facility

Position Responsibilities

• Monitor material shortages, inventory discrepancies, and shipment delays while implementing corrective actions to minimize operational disruptions.

• Ensure compliance with company safety, quality, and regulatory requirements while maintaining warehouse housekeeping and safe material handling practices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, suppliers, freight forwarders, and customers to support smooth logistics operations and customer satisfaction.

Position Qualifications and Requirements

• Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel; knowledge of Power BI, VBA, Python, or warehouse automation tools is an added advantage.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, communication, and cross-functional coordination skills.
• Strong communication skills in English and Mandarin (spoken and written). We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
• Able to work independently in a fast-paced manufacturing environment while managing multiple priorities and meeting operational KPIs.
