Pivotal Systems - Kulim Hi-Tech Park, Kedah is seeking a Warehouse Manager to organize and oversee warehouse operations. The role focuses on space optimization, inventory accuracy, and efficient distribution processes within a dynamic team.

You will lead a warehouse team, monitor performance metrics, and ensure records are maintained precisely. English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin communications are valued for interacting with diverse clients and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in any related discipline.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in warehouse related field.
• Understanding of warehouse management systems, inventory control, and distribution logistics.

Responsibilities

• Plan and implement warehouse management strategies to maximize space efficiency and streamline distribution.
• Track and evaluate warehouse performance metrics for operational improvement.
• Handle receiving goods, entering invoices, managing transfers, and maintaining warehousing documents.
• Lead and train warehouse staff, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Maintain precise inventory records and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Perform ad-hoc tasks and projects as assigned.
