SORENTO SDN. BHD. is seeking an experienced Warehouse Manager to oversee daily inbound and outbound logistics, inventory and distribution across the site in Malaysia.

The role requires hands-on leadership to drive timely completion of tasks with minimal supervision and to maintain accuracy through cycle counts and KPI monitoring. You will plan manpower, MHE use, transport and delivery schedules while ensuring SOP and safety compliance.

Qualifications

• Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Logistic, Supply Chain, Operation Management, Business Administration or related field.
• Minimum 3 years experience as Assistant Warehouse Manager or eqivalent.
• Proven experience managing at least 20 warehouse employees.
• Working experience in warehouse or logistic operations, preferably in supervisory or management role.
• Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory control, MHE and distribution planning.
• Proficient in WMS/ERP systems and Microsoft Excel.
• Good leadership, communication and problem solving skills.

Responsabilités

• Manage daily inbound, outbound, inventory and distribution operations.
• Lead warehouse teams and ensure timely task completion with minimal supervision.
• Plan manpower, MHE utilization, transport and delivery schedules.
• Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts, stock reconciliation and variance control.
• Monitor KPIs, staff productivity and operational performance.
• Resolve operational issues, identify root causes and implement corrective actions.
• Drive process improvements and support warehouse automation projects.
• Take charge of warehouse operations in the Warehouse Manager's absence.
• Take ownership of warehouse SOPs and process flows, ensuring proper implementation, compliance and continuous improvement.
