Job summary

TENPOWER MALAYSIA SDN. BHD. is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor in Selangor to oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, issuing, picking, packing and shipment.

The role emphasizes inventory accuracy, cycle counts, FIFO/FEFO compliance, and coordination with Production, Purchasing, Quality and Logistics teams. A Diploma or Degree in Logistics or related field with 3–5 years of warehouse experience and 1–2 years of supervision is preferred.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Warehouse Management or related field.
• 3–5 years of warehouse experience
• 1–2 years of supervisory/team-leading experience
• Good knowledge of inventory control, FIFO/FEFO, 5S and warehouse safety
• Experience with ERP/WMS systems is preferred
• Strong leadership, communication and problem-solving skills
• Able to work under pressure and coordinate across different departments

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, material issuance, picking, packing and shipment.
• Monitor inventory accuracy and ensure stock movements are recorded in the system.
• Conduct and coordinate cycle counts, stock checks and physical inventories.
• Investigate discrepancies and implement corrective actions.
• Plan manpower allocation and daily work assignments for warehouse staff.
• Monitor productivity, attendance, discipline and performance.
• Ensure FIFO/FEFO and proper material identification and traceability.
• Coordinate with Production, PMC, Purchasing, Quality and Logistics for timely material supply and shipment.
• Maintain 5S, EHS and safety compliance; ensure safe handling and equipment use.
• Prepare warehouse reports on inventory status, discrepancies, productivity and issues.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to improve efficiency and space utilization.
