Job summary

Hiredly X is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor in Malaysia to oversee daily warehouse operations, ensuring efficient receiving, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch processes. The role requires hands-on supervision and the ability to operate forklifts.

You will be responsible for maintaining accurate inventory through ERP transactions, cycle counts, and annual stock takes, with emphasis on lot traceability and FIFO compliance to support smooth supply chain workflows.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, material picking / issuance, and finished goods picking / dispatch.
• Operate forklifts and perform hands-on warehouse activities, including loading, unloading, packing, repacking, and material handling as required.
• Ensure inventory accuracy through proper ERP transactions, cycle counting, and annual stock take activities.
• Monitor and maintain accurate inventory records, including lot traceability, FIFO compliance.
