Job summary

SEER S&R is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor in Selangor to oversee warehouse staff, ensure accurate receiving, storage, and order fulfilment, and drive efficiency and cost control. The role requires strong leadership, multilingual communication, and FMCG warehouse experience.

You will manage inventory, safety procedures, and cross-functional coordination to meet customer KPIs, while maintaining accuracy and productivity in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Degree or diploma in logistics management or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of FMCG warehousing experience.
• Fluent in Bahasa Malaysia, English and Chinese.
• Strong knowledge of warehouse processes and inventory management.
• Ability to lead and train staff.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and guide warehouse staff including training and scheduling.
• Oversee receiving, inspection, storage, and accuracy of goods.
• Coordinate picking, packing, and shipping for timely fulfilment.
• Maintain records of inventory levels and stock movements.
• Monitor costs and implement cost-saving efficiency measures.
• Enforce safety procedures and maintain a safe working environment.
• Monitor cold room temperatures and regulatory compliance.
• Perform housekeeping and keep the warehouse organized.
• Achieve KPIs set by customers and management.
• Lead continuous process improvements with cross-functional teams.
