Job summary

Randstad Malaysia in Kuala Lumpur seeks a Warehouse Manager to oversee end-to-end site operations and ensure seamless supply chain performance. You will lead daily activities including inventory control, picking, packing, and dispatch, and drive KPI metrics across safety, quality and service levels.

Qualifications

Bachelor degree in a related field.
Minimum 5 years of warehouse leadership experience.
Experience with ERP/WMS and FIFO processes.
Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.

Responsibilities

Lead daily operations including inventory control, stock management, picking, packing and dispatch.
Direct and mentor supervisors and team leaders to maintain productivity, safety and service standards.
Drive inventory precision through FIFO compliance and WMS/TRS systems management.
Track metrics and budgets while implementing process improvements to boost efficiency.
Liaise with cross-functional teams, suppliers and logistics partners to secure timely delivery.
