Job summary

Hiredly X is seeking a Warehouse Operations Coordinator in Subang Jaya, Malaysia. You will assist the Warehouse Manager in coordinating daily activities, including inbound receiving, outbound dispatch, and returns processing, to ensure smooth flow of goods.

You will also maintain alignment between documentation, physical inventory, and system records, resolve discrepancies, and manage staff scheduling and training to improve efficiency and accuracy.

Qualifications

• Experience in warehouse operations and inventory control.
• Ability to ensure documentation aligns with physical inventory.
• Familiar with standard operating procedures and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Warehouse Manager to coordinate inbound receiving, outbound dispatch, and returns processing.
• Ensure data consistency between documentation, physical stock, and system records; promptly resolve discrepancies.
• Plan staff scheduling and training, monitor SOP compliance to boost efficiency and accuracy.
