Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Warehouse Management, or related field.
• Minimum 2–5 years of experience in warehouse operations or supervision.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Good knowledge of inventory control and warehouse procedures.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment and handle operational challenges.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with warehouse systems is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Assist in managing daily warehouse operations including opening and closing activities.
• Supervise warehouse staff to ensure smooth workflow and operational efficiency.
• Oversee receiving, unloading, and storage of incoming goods.
• Ensure accurate stock processing including picking, checking, packing, and stock returns.
• Monitor inventory accuracy and ensure proper labeling and storage of goods.
• Investigate and report stock discrepancies, damages, or operational issues.
• Ensure delivery schedules are met and shipments are properly documented.
• Maintain proper warehouse documentation and records.
• Ensure warehouse cleanliness, safety standards, and proper use of equipment.
• Support staff training, performance monitoring, and team development.
