Popular Book Co. (Malaysia) Sdn. Bhd. seeks a Warehouse Supervisor to assist in daily warehouse operations in Kuala Lumpur. You will supervise staff, oversee receiving, storage, and inventory processes to ensure accuracy and efficiency.

The role emphasizes leadership, teamwork, and adherence to safety standards while maintaining documentation and supporting training and development of the warehousing team.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Warehouse Management, or related field.
• Minimum 2–5 years of experience in warehouse operations or supervision.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Good knowledge of inventory control and warehouse procedures.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment and handle operational challenges.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with warehouse systems is an advantage.

Responsabilités

• Assist in managing daily warehouse operations including opening and closing activities.
• Supervise warehouse staff to ensure smooth workflow and operational efficiency.
• Oversee receiving, unloading, and storage of incoming goods.
• Ensure accurate stock processing including picking, checking, packing, and stock returns.
• Monitor inventory accuracy and ensure proper labeling and storage of goods.
• Investigate and report stock discrepancies, damages, or operational issues.
• Ensure delivery schedules are met and shipments are properly documented.
• Maintain proper warehouse documentation and records.
• Ensure warehouse cleanliness, safety standards, and proper use of equipment.
• Support staff training, performance monitoring, and team development.
