Job summary

Stryv in Malaysia is seeking a Warehouse Operations Executive to provide administrative and operational support to the Operations Manager, handling daily warehouse activities, documents, emails, and data entry.

You will coordinate with warehouse staff, logistics, and internal teams, maintain reports in Excel, prepare delivery orders and stock records, and ensure accurate filing. Strong organization and communication skills are essential for success in this fast-growing team.

Qualifications

• Minimum SPM or equivalent qualification; a diploma in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field is an advantage.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Good organizational, communication, and time-management skills.
• Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
• Able to work independently and provide effective support to the Operations Manager.
• Previous experience in warehouse administration, logistics, or operations support is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily administrative and computer support to the Operations Manager.
• Prepare, generate, and maintain warehouse documents, reports, forms, and operational records.
• Draft and respond to emails and communicate with internal departments, suppliers, and relevant parties.
• Update and maintain data in Excel spreadsheets, warehouse systems, and other relevant platforms.
• Assist in preparing delivery orders, stock reports, inventory records, and other operational documents.
• Coordinate with warehouse staff, logistics teams, and other departments to follow up on daily operational matters.
• Monitor and organize documentation to ensure records are accurate, complete, and properly filed.
• Assist in tracking warehouse activities, pending tasks, deliveries, and operational issues.
• Support the Operations Manager in preparing meeting materials, summaries, and other administrative reports.
• Perform other operational and administrative duties as assigned.
