Job summary

ADS Distribution Sdn Bhd is seeking a dedicated Warehouse Executive to manage daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, picking and packing goods in our Subang Jaya facility.

You will monitor inventory levels, reconcile stock, coordinate deliveries and transportation, prepare documentation, liaise with suppliers, and ensure safety and cleanliness while meeting deadlines. Training will be provided to support your growth within a collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in warehouse, inventory control, or logistics operations.
• Knowledge of inventory management and warehouse processes.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and warehouse management systems.
• Excellent time management skills with ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Good communication, problem-solving skills and team-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, picking, and packing goods.
• Monitor inventory levels and ensure stock accuracy through regular stock checks and reconciliation.
• Coordinate logistics arrangements, deliveries, and transportation schedules to ensure timely order fulfillment.
• Prepare and maintain warehouse and logistics documentation, including delivery orders, goods receiving records, and inventory reports.
• Liaise with suppliers, transporters, and internal departments regarding delivery matters.
• Ensure warehouse cleanliness, organization, and compliance with company safety procedures.
• Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies, delivery issues, and logistics-related concerns.
• Support periodic stock take and audit activities.
• Warranty replacement from supplier / to customers.
