in Malaysia seeks a Logistics & Warehouse Coordinator to manage daily inbound and outbound operations and ensure efficient material flow across production, purchasing, planning and quality teams. You will liaise with freight forwarders, transport providers, customers, and suppliers to ensure timely and cost-effective deliveries, maintain ERP-driven inventory accuracy, and prepare shipping documents while upholding safety and 5S standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Warehouse Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily inbound and outbound logistics activities including transportation arrangements and scheduling.
• Liaise with freight forwarders, transport providers, customers, and suppliers to ensure timely deliveries.
• Prepare and verify shipping documents (Delivery Orders, Packing Lists, Commercial Invoices, and other import/export paperwork).
• Manage daily warehouse operations: receiving, storage, issuance and shipment of materials.
• Monitor inventory levels and reconcile stock counts to maintain accuracy.
• Maintain accurate ERP records for all warehouse transactions.
• Implement FIFO/FEFO, material traceability and stock identification practices.
• Coordinate with Production, Purchasing, Planning and Quality to ensure on-time delivery.
• Ensure compliance with procedures, safety regulations and 5S standards.
• Prepare logistics, inventory and warehouse performance reports; support continuous improvement initiatives.
