Qualifications

• Minimum 1–3 years of experience in warehouse or logistics, supervisory role.
• Strong knowledge of warehouse operations and inventory management.
• Good leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Proficient in computer systems; WMS experience is an advantage.
• Fluency in Mandarin-language and English-language (speaking, reading, and writing).

Responsibilities

• Supervise and lead warehouse staff, providing guidance and support to ensure a productive and safe working environment.
• Manage inbound operations including receiving, inspection, picking, storage, and shipment of goods to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
• Coordinate daily warehouse activities to ensure smooth operations and timely order fulfillment.
• Collaborate with internal teams and transport partners to ensure efficient logistics coordination and resolve shipment issues.
• Identify process improvement opportunities to enhance warehouse efficiency, service quality, and operational performance.
