Qualifications

• 1-3 years supervisory experience in warehouse/logistics operations.
• Strong knowledge of warehouse operations and inventory management.
• Good leadership, problem-solving and communication skills.
• Proficient in computer systems; WMS experience is an advantage.
• Fluent in Mandarin and English (speaking, reading and writing).

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and lead warehouse staff, providing guidance and support to ensure a productive and safe working environment.
• Oversee inventory control processes, monitor stock accuracy, and implement effective inventory management practices.
• Coordinate daily warehouse activities to ensure smooth operations and timely order fulfillment.
• Collaborate with internal teams and transport partners to ensure efficient logistics coordination and resolve shipment issues.
• Identify process improvement opportunities to enhance warehouse efficiency, service quality, and operational performance.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1-3 years of experience in warehouse, logistics, or supply chain operations, preferably in a supervisory role.
• Strong knowledge of warehouse operations and inventory management.
• Good leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Proficient in computer systems and Microsoft Office; WMS experience is an advantage.
• Fluency in Mandarin-language and English-language (speaking, reading, and writing).
