Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in SCM, logistics, industrial engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years in supply chain management, with design/implementation focus.
• Proven track record leading complex supply chain projects end-to-end.
• Strong analytics using data tools (Excel, SQL, BI).
• Knowledge of network optimization, inventory, forecasting, and transport planning.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder influence abilities.
• Mandarin Chinese fluency is a significant advantage.

Responsibilities

• Analyze current supply chain processes, identify bottlenecks, and propose data-driven improvements.
• Design and implement network optimization, inventory, transportation, and warehousing solutions.
• Collaborate with procurement, operations, IT, and sales to execute initiatives.
• Lead project management for solution implementations with defined scopes and timelines.
• Evaluate new technologies and automation to enhance capabilities and competitiveness.
• Conduct cost-benefit analyses and build business cases for investments.
• Monitor KPIs and report on performance and solution effectiveness.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in supply chain and logistics.
