Qualifications

• 1-3 years supervisory experience in warehouse/logistics operations.
• Strong knowledge of warehouse operations and inventory management.
• Good leadership, problem-solving and communication skills.
• Proficient in computer systems; WMS experience is an advantage.
• Fluent in Mandarin and English (speaking, reading and writing).

Responsibilities

• Supervise and lead warehouse staff, guiding a safe and productive work environment.
• Oversee inventory control, monitor stock accuracy and implement best practices.
• Coordinate daily warehouse activities to ensure smooth operations and timely orders.
• Collaborate with internal teams and transport partners to coordinate logistics and resolve shipment issues.
• Identify opportunities to improve warehouse efficiency, service quality and performance.
