Job summary

Qualifications

• Diploma or above in Logistics Management, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in warehouse management in machinery manufacturing field.
• Proficiency in SAP and MS Office applications.
• Proficient in Mandarin speaking and writing.

Responsibilities

• Manage material receiving, storage, issuance, and inventory classification.
• Ensure timely and accurate material supply to production, machining, and spare parts sales.
• Conduct daily stock checks, physical inventory counts, and month-end stocktaking.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and reconcile system vs. physical stock.
• Ensure proper labeling, storage, and 6S hygiene in the warehouse.
• Handle receiving and issuing procedures, including inspection and documentation.
• Report missing/short components to prevent delays.
• Carry out routine SAP transactions and troubleshoot system issues.
• Receive, verify, record, and submit invoices to procurement.

Job Descriptions

• Manage material receiving, storage, issuance, delivery, and inventory classification.
• Ensure timely and accurate material supply to production, machining, and spare parts sales departments.
• Conduct daily stock checks, physical inventory counts, month-end stocktaking, and inventory reconciliation.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure consistency between system records and actual stock.
• Ensure proper material labeling, storage, and warehouse organization in compliance with safety and preservation standards.
• Handle material receiving and issuing procedures, including inspection, weighing, counting, and documentation.
• Identify and report missing or short components to prevent production delays.
• Label and segregate surplus, non-conforming, and rejected materials.
• Perform warehouse 6S management to maintain a clean, safe, and organized working environment.
• Perform routine SAP transactions and troubleshoot common system issues.
• Receive, verify, record, and submit invoices to the procurement team.
• Carry out other duties as assigned by the employer.

Job Requirements

• Diploma or above in Logistics Management, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in warehouse management inmachinery manufacturing field, with strong knowledge of inventory control processes.
• Strong organizational, communication, and coordination skills, with the ability to lead teams effectively.
• Problem-solving skills and ability to handle unexpected issues.
• Team-oriented mindset with a willingness to follow leadership directives.

Working Hours: Mon - Fri (9:00AM - 6:00PM), Sat (9:00AM - 1:00PM)

Salary Range: Up to RM7,000
