Responsibilities

• Handle non-conforming incoming materials during inspection and assist processing.
• Verify supplier invoices and handle related accounting processes.
• Communicate with suppliers on lead times, prices, and order status.
• Analyze procurement data, prepare reports, and support purchasing decisions.
• Collaborate with production, warehousing, finance and other departments.
• Develop outsourced production plans for machining to align with schedules.
• Daily handling of OA applications.
• Perform other tasks assigned by the employer.

Job Responsibilities:

• Skilled at creating purchase orders, tracking order execution, and handling order exceptions (such as delays, shortages, and quality issues).
• Skilled at managing product sourcing and allocation, controlling purchase quantities and inventory levels to avoid material overstock or shortages.
• Skilled at handling non-conforming incoming materials during inspection and assisting with subsequent processing.
• Skilled at verifying supplier invoices and handling related accounting processes.
• Skilled at communicating with suppliers regarding lead times, prices, and order status, following up on material deliveries to ensure a stable supply.
• Skilled at analyzing procurement data, preparing related reports, and supporting purchasing decisions and cost control.
• Skilled at collaborating with production, warehousing, finance, and other departments to ensure procurement aligns with overall operations.
• Skilled at developing outsourced production plans for machining according to equipment schedules, ensuring outsourcing tasks align with production needs
• Responsible for daily handling of OA (Office Automation) applications.
• Perform other tasks assigned by the employer.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma or above.
• 3-5 years of purchasing management experience.
• Proficient in procurement and supply processes, as well as supplier delivery time management.
• Proficient in logistics cycle distribution and office software applications.
• Proficient in financial and cost management knowledge, with strong cost awareness.
