Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking a Warehouse Manager to run our frozen warehouse and keep stock control tight. You will manage receiving, storage, picking, packing and dispatch while ensuring FIFO/FEFO, correct temperatures, and ISO/HACCP/GMP compliance.

The role requires 3–5 years in warehouse management, hands-on frozen storage experience, and strong leadership to supervise a warehouse team and coordinate with Sales and Logistics. This is a full-time on-site position in Malaysia.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of warehouse or logistics management experience, preferably in frozen/cold chain or FMCG.
• Hands-on experience with frozen warehouse and cold storage operations.
• Strong stock and batch control experience, including FIFO/FEFO and expiry management.
• Proficiency in Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
• Experience leading a warehouse team and coordinating with sales/logistics.

Responsibilities

• Run daily operations of our frozen and chilled warehouse: receiving, storage, picking, packing and dispatch.
• Manage stock and batch control - track inventory by batch, monitor expiry dates and apply FIFO/FEFO to reduce wastage.
• Maintain frozen and cold storage temperatures to protect product quality and food safety.
• Manage the Warehouse Management System (WMS) for inventory tracking and order accuracy.
• Lead the warehouse team: scheduling, training and day-to-day supervision.
• Run regular stock counts and reconcile records against system data.
• Match physical stock against the system, check for variances and report them.
• Report slow-moving and non-moving items to the sales team.
• Work with Sales, Logistics and Operations to fulfil orders on time.
• Ensure compliance with ISO 22000, HACCP, HALAL and GMP standards.
• Oversee incoming and outgoing shipments and related documentation.

• Strong stock and batch control experience, including FIFO/FEFO and expiry management.
• Proficiency in Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
• Experience leading a warehouse team.
• Good understanding of food safety standards (ISO 22000, HACCP, HALAL, GMP).
• Able to communicate in English and Bahasa Malaysia. Chinese is an added value.
