Job summary

HA LI FA MANUFACTURING SDN BHD is seeking a dedicated Warehouse Admin Officer to oversee daily warehouse operations, maintain stock accuracy, and uphold high standards of cold storage management and Halal compliance.

Key responsibilities include coordinating receiving, warehousing, and distribution; performing regular stock counts and audits; monitoring cold storage temperatures; and supervising warehouse staff to ensure safety and efficiency. Proficiency in SAP and Excel is required.

Qualifications

• Diploma or equivalent in Logistics, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 2–3 years of hands-on experience in warehouse operations or logistics management.
• Proficient in SAP and Microsoft Excel.
• Knowledge of FIFO/FEFO, HACCP, GMP, and Halal storage standards.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily receiving, warehousing, and distribution activities for smooth material flow.
• Collaborate with Procurement and Sales for real-time stock updates and shipment tracking.
• Execute daily stock counts, physical audits, and monthly inventory reconciliations using FIFO/FEFO.
• Monitor cold room and freezer temperatures for perishable items and report deviations.
• Assign daily tasks and supervise warehouse staff to maximize productivity and safety.
• Maintain records of goods movement in SAP and manage DOs, POs, packing lists, and bin cards.
• Enforce 5S, HACCP/GMP, and Halal storage standards across storage areas.
• Ensure safe operation and servicing of forklifts and other equipment.

HA LI FA MANUFACTURING SDN BHD is seeking a dedicated Warehouse Admin Officer to oversee daily warehouse operations, maintain stock accuracy, and uphold high standards of cold storage management and Halal compliance.

Key responsibilities

Coordinate daily receiving, warehousing, and distribution activities to ensure smooth material flow. Work closely with Procurement and Sales teams for real-time stock updates and shipment tracking.

Execute daily stock counts, physical audits, and monthly inventory reconciliations using FIFO/FEFO principles to achieve zero stock discrepancies.

Actively monitor and maintain optimal cold room and freezer storage temperatures for perishable items, reporting any deviations immediately.

Assign daily tasks, guide, and supervise warehouse assistants and forklift drivers to maximize floor productivity, safety, and operational discipline.

Maintain precise records of goods movement within the ERP (SAP) system. Issue, verify, and manage critical documents including Delivery Orders (DO), Purchase Orders (PO), Packing Lists, and Bin Cards.

Enforce 5S housekeeping, food safety guidelines (HACCP/GMP), and strict Halal storage standards across all storage and loading bays.

Ensure all material handling equipment (forklifts, reach trucks, pallet jacks) is operated safely by certified staff and serviced regularly.

About you

Diploma or equivalent Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.

Minimum 2–3 years of hands‑on experience in warehouse operations or logistics management.

Proficient in SAP (or similar ERP systems) and Microsoft Excel.

Practical understanding of FIFO/FEFO, HACCP, GMP, and Halal storage standards.

Strong organizational capabilities, high attention to detail in stock reconciliation, and the ability to manage tight loading schedules.

Physically fit and comfortable working inside cold room / freezer environments.
