Job summary

WINWAY INTERCONNECT TECHNOLOGY (M) SDN BHD in Penang seeks a Warehouse Supervisor to coordinate all warehousing activities, including receiving, storage, kitting and shipping of goods.

The role requires a diploma or degree, 3–5 years of related warehousing experience, and strong knowledge of inventory management. You will lead the warehouse team, monitor KPIs, and ensure safety and 5S standards while delivering results under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate warehousing activities: receiving, storage, kitting and shipping.
• Maintain accurate inventory records with regular stock checks.
• Supervise and train warehouse staff for productivity and efficiency.
• Monitor KPIs: receiving accuracy, inventory turns, shipping lead times.
• Ensure workplace, equipment and storage areas are well maintained.
• Enforce 5S standards and address safety issues.
• Carry out other duties as assigned by HOD.

Job description

Coordinating and overseeing all warehousing activities, including receiving, storage, kitting and shipping of goods.

Maintaining accurate inventory records and performing regular stock checks.

Supervising and training warehouse staff to ensure high productivity and efficiency.

Monitor and manage warehouse KPIs: receiving accuracy, inventory turns, shipping lead times, etc.

Ensure the workplace, equipment & storage area well maintained.

Make sure warehouse working area are following 5S standard and clear from safety issue.

Carry out any other duties assigned by HOD from time to time.

What we're looking for

Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in related field.

At least 3-5 years of experience in a similar warehousing.

Strong knowledge of warehousing and inventory management best practices.

Excellent problem-solving skills.

Proficient in using MS Office/Excel.

Good communication and leadership skills to effectively manage the warehouse team

Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines

A team player with a proactive and customer-oriented mindset
