Job summary

Winchester Interconnect (M) Sdn Bhd is seeking a logistics support personnel in Penang to manage PO receiving, generate goods receiving notes, and print FIFO labels for parts. You will ensure accurate posting of part numbers and quantities in the system and assist in stock counting.

With responsibilities including collaboration with purchasing and coverage in the absence of Storehands, this role supports ongoing operations and process improvements.

Qualifications

• SPM or Diploma in Business/Administration/Management, Commerce or equivalent.
• Proficient in MS Excel and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Perform PO receiving into system and generate goods receiving note after goods received.
• Print FIFO labels for receiving Storehand to paste on the physical parts.
• Ensure part no & quantities received are correctly posting into system.
• Feedback to purchasing team for action when wrong part no and quantities received.
• Assist in checking & verifying part no & quantities received in the absent of receiving Storehand.
• Assist in stock count.
• New assignment as and when requested.
