Job summary

HICOM Diecastings Sdn Bhd in Shah Alam is seeking a logistics and warehouse professional to plan, manage, and improve day-to-day inventory and distribution operations. You will coordinate inbound and outbound shipments, maintain accurate records, and ensure timely delivery to customers.

The ideal candidate holds a bachelor's degree in business/ supply chain, has 0–2 years’ experience, and shows integrity, multitasking ability and proficiency in MS Office and inventory software.

Responsibilities

• Maintains receiving, warehousing and distribution operations by initiating, coordinating and enforcing program, operational and personnel policies and procedures.
• Controls inventory levels by conducting physical counts; reconciling with data storage system to ensure zero FG inventory variance.
• Maintains physical condition of the warehouse by planning and implementing effective layouts with up to data labelling.
• Complete warehouse operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees.

Responsible for the warehouse and logistics management to ensure on time delivery to customer and day-to-day activity of running the inventory, warehouse & logistics operations ensuring that the inventory system is fully operational.
