Job summary

Farm Fresh Berhad in Johor Bahru is seeking a detail-oriented warehouse administrator to support data entry, invoicing, and stock records in our fast-moving operation.

You will update files, record receipts, monitor daily inventory, and prepare monthly stock reports while coordinating stock movements between outlets. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP systems is required to ensure accurate reporting and timely delivery to outlets.

Qualifications

• Experience with data entry and inventory updates.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and ERP systems.
• Ability to compile monthly stock reports.

Responsibilities

• Updating and storing files to ensure they are accurate and accessible for other employees.
• Record receiving data in company databases.
• Responsible for daily inventory updates.
• Maintain stock movement and stock inventory records.
• Data entry, invoicing and documentation.
• Compile and generate report for stock take.
• Coordination on stock movement inter outlet.
• Prepare monthly reports.
• Work with warehouse team to support deliveries to outlets.
• Experience with Microsoft Excel and ERP systems.
