Job summary

Private Advertiser is seeking a warehouse assistant in Johor Bahru to manage local warehousing activities, perform stock takes, and prepare reports. You will handle picking and packing for online and offline orders and work closely with the sales team to meet customer requirements and SOPs.

The role requires knowledge of stock control, good interpersonal and communication skills, and willingness to learn. Working hours are Monday to Friday 10:00–19:00, with Saturday 10:00–14:00.

Qualifications

• Candidate must possess at least a SPM
• Responsible, Independent, Willing to learn.
• Good interpersonal and communication skill.
• Working hours: Monday - Friday (10 AM to 7 PM), Sat (10 AM to 2 PM)

Responsibilities

• Manage local warehousing activities.
• Stock count and auditing daily stock take and prepare stock reports.
• Picking and packing for Courier pick up for Online and Offline orders.
• Work closely with sales team to ensure packing arrangements satisfies customer requirements and company SOP.
• Track and report all warehouse related activities.
• Provide administrative support for all warehouse-related activities
• Support delivery arrangement if needed
• Other ad-hoc duties as assigned
