Job summary

MU WAREHOUSE SDN BHD in Malaysia is seeking a responsible, organised Admin Staff to join our team. You will handle warehouse documentation, stock movement records and related administrative tasks to support warehouse operations.

You will perform data entry, filing and documentation, prepare reports and ensure all processes comply with company policies and procedures. Basic computer skills, especially Excel and Word, are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum SPM or Diploma or equivalent.
• Good organisational and time-management skills.
• Detail-oriented with accuracy in documents and data.
• Prior warehouse administration / inventory / data entry experience is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, verify and maintain warehouse documentation and stock movement records.
• Assist with administrative tasks related to warehouse operations.
• Perform data entry, filing and documentation.
• Prepare and maintain reports and records.
• Ensure documentation and processes comply with company policies and procedures.
• Perform other administrative duties as assigned.
